Global Forest Watch Data in MapHubs

January 31, 2017

Global Forest Watch is a great source for open mapping data on forests and the threats they face. With MapHubs, you can make your own interactive maps and map stories using Global Forest Watch data and combine it with a whole host of other data. MapHubs also provides data layers such as GLAD forest alerts, Terra-i forest alerts, GLAD tree cover loss.

You can also link or upload additional GFW datasets and use them in your organizations maps. For example, see the GFW layers in the MapHubs powered site, Map for Environment

Many GFW layers are already available on Map for Environment - a free open data portal powered by MapHubs.
