Role Overview

We're looking for a part-time Junior Project Coordinator to help keep our projects and operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our CEO to track project status, coordinate meetings, and support outreach and administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities

Project Tracking: Maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverable tracking in project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize internal and client meetings; prepare agendas and follow-up notes.

Communication Support: Draft updates, assist with client communication, and ensure follow-ups happen on time.

Sales & Outreach Assistance: Help coordinate outreach campaigns (e.g., tracking leads, scheduling calls, following up on proposals).

Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with calendar management, document organization, and light reporting tasks.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline internal workflows and improve coordination.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support (internships count).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello, Notion).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Interest in technology, mapping, or environmental/social impact sectors a plus.

Compensation

Hourly rate ($25-35/hour) depending on experience

Flexible, remote work schedule (~20 hours per week).
